We are currently seeking a skilled Client Service Representative/Account Manager with expertise in commercial printing and direct mail fulfillment. This role will primarily focus on supporting clients to ensure project completion and serving as a consultant to meet client marketing production service objectives. The successful candidate must be able to manage large scale projects and have prior experience in billing/invoicing and estimating.

Responsibilities Include:

  • Respond to new and existing client inquiries and order requests, understanding client requirements, initiating estimates and quotes, and providing technical support to achieve clients' marketing goals.
  • Enter orders into the ERP system.
  • Create purchase orders for varied components of projects.
  • Work closely with the production team as a client advocate to communicate objectives clearly and manage production to ensure quality and expectations are met.
  • Handle client communication and documentation for client meetings, project status, inventory, and project/program requirements.
  • Track project schedules, budgets, and quality goals for each client project.
  • Proactively resolve issues and handle challenges to meet client objectives.

Skills/Qualifications Required:

  • High school diploma, GED, or equivalent required.
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in a similar role.
  • Experience in the print, mail, fulfillment, or promotional industry.
  • Experience with billing/invoicing and estimating.
  • Large-scale project management experience.
  • Prior work experience in commercial printing and direct mail fulfillment.

Working Hours:

  • Monday to Friday: 8 AM to 4:30 PM, with some flexibility.

Talent Ninja is seeking a Client Services Manager to join our growing team. This position will be responsible for managing the day-to-day operations of the Client Services team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for helping people and a drive to help others. The Client Services Manager will be responsible for leading, managing, and leading the Client Services team. This person will work closely with our clients to ensure that all client needs are met and that the client is satisfied with the level of service provided. This individual will be responsible for ensuring that all client information is accurate and up to date, ensuring that all client concerns are addressed, and ensuring that clients are satisfied with the level of service provided.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent combination of education and experience
  • 3+ years’ experience in a similar role
  • Knowledge of financial services industry preferred but not required
  • Knowledge of Hudson, MA financial industry preferred but not required
  • Knowledge of tax preparation, tax consulting, and bookkeeping a plus
  • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
  • Ability to multitask and work under pressure in a fast-paced environment
  • Ability to build rapport with clients and colleagues
  • Experience with QuickBooks Online or other accounting software preferred but not required
